Post-UTME Application Form for FUOTUOKE in 2021/2022 [Supplementary] 

Federal University Otuoke (FUOTUOKE) Supplementary Post UTME Registration for the Academic Session 2021/2022 is still open. The revised application deadline is February 14, 2022. The criterion is 140. Forms cost N2,000 each. Candidates who did not select the FUOTUOKE are also eligible to apply.

Candidates Eligible for the FUOTUOKE Post-UTME Examination.

1. Candidates from the following JAMB UTME categories are eligible to apply:
2. Candidates who chose Federal University Otuoke as their first option and obtained a score of 140 or higher on the JAMB UTME examination in 2021/2022.
3. Candidates who did not initially choose Federal University Otuoke as their first option but intend to study there and scored 140 and above on the JAMB UTME are eligible to apply. Candidates in this category must use the JAMB website to change their institution to Federal University Otuoke.

How to Obtain the FUOTUOKE Post-UTME Application Form.

1. Candidates are required to make a non-refundable payment of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000.00) for application processing and Post-UTME fee using a Debit Card or pay at the bank.
2. To apply for the post-university transfer examination, complete the steps below:
3. Visit http://ecampus.fuotuoke.edu.ng/ for further information.
4. Locate the “2021/2022 POST-UTME SCREENING APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION” and you will notice “For additional information about this online application, visit HERE.” On that page, click the “here” button.
5. Post utme should be ranked first. SELECT FULL TIME.
6. Start the application by entering your pin.
7. Candidates should go to www.fuotuoke.edu.ng or http://ecampus.fuotuoke.edu.ng for complete instructions on how to apply online.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR THE ONLINE APPLICATION

The following documents must be uploaded by candidates:

1. Photograph in passport format
2. Original printout of the JAMB UTME results for 2021
3. Obtain a copy of your WAEC/NECO/NABTEB Ordinary Level examination results.
4. A copy of the letter of identification issued by the LGA
5. A copy of your birth certificate or a declaration of your age

CANDIDATES WITH FALSE UTME SCORES, ORDINARY LEVEL RESULT GRADES (WAEC, NECO, OR NABTEB), OR STATE OF ORIGIN WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR ADMISSION.
