The Polytechnic, Ibadan, popularly known as Poly Ibadan, is a Nigerian polytechnic founded in 1970 and located in Ibadan, Oyo State. The institution of higher learning is popular for its unique slogan ‘Ise loogun Ise’ meaning ‘Work (is) the medicine for poverty.’

The Polytechnic, Ibadan was founded to provide an alternative institution of higher learning to universities, especially in technical skill acquisition. It aims at providing training and development of techniques in Environmental, Engineering, Applied Science, and a host of others.

 Ibadan Poly Post UTME

The Polytechnic, Ibadan, invites qualified candidates for admission into the 2020/2021 academic session.

Candidates are required to note that Poly Ibadan will not conduct a physical screening examination.

To the eligible for the Post UTME screening at the Polytechnic, Ibadan, candidates must fulfill the following requirements:

• Candidates seeking admission into the National Diploma Programmes must score 150 or above in UTME
• Candidates must choose Poly Ibadan as their first choice.
• Candidates interested in changing their first choice of institution to Poly Ibadan are also eligible. They are required to perform a change of institution with the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board.

Procedure for Applying

Candidates must purchase the Post UTME form for N2,000. Candidates should apply by visiting the admission portal: https://admission.polyibadan.edu.ng/
