Newly Approved Federal Polytechnic in Nigeria
The Federal Government of Nigeria recently approved the establishment of a new polytechnic in Oyo State. The institution will be situated in Ayede, Ogo-Oluwa Local Government Area of Oyo State.
The approval was contained in a letter signed by the Permanent Secretary, Federal Ministry of Education, Sonny Echono, and addressed to Governor Seyi Makinde. It also reported that President Muhammadu Buhari approved a N2 billion start-up grant for the new polytechnic.
