Aig-Imoukhuede Scholarship awarded to Chrisland’s top graduating student.

Miss Martha Kave, the overall top graduating student at Chrisland University for the academic year 2020/2021, has been awarded Aig-Imoukhuede’s scholarship and work as an intern with Access Bank.

Kave, who is twenty-three years old, received her degree during the institution’s third convocation ceremony, which took place on December 8, 2021, with a cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 4.90.

Aigboje Aig-Imokhuede, Chairman of Coronation Capital and Founder of the Aig-Imokhuede Foundation, said a letter had been addressed to the recipient by the company’s Head of Operations, Mr Olakunle Olashore, inviting her to participate in an internship with the bank for a period of one year. “It is our hope that she will benefit from this experience,” he added.

Kave, beaming with pride, explained that she had always cherished the desire of being the best student in her class, and that she had done so via hard work, commitment, and being intentional about her set goals.

The graduate in Criminology and Security Studies noted that being driven by ambition, well organized, results-oriented, and an exceptional communicator all led to her academic success.

She expressed gratitude to Aig-Imokhuede for the scholarship, noting that the organization’s support had enabled her to realize her ambitions.

Five students from the Departments of Criminology and Security Studies, Computer Science, and Microbiology received First Class honors at the university’s convocation ceremony.
