Adeniran Ogunsanya College of Education, formerly known as Lagos State College of Education, is a well-known institution located in the Oto-Awori area of Ojo, Lagos State.
In 1958, the institution was founded as a Grade III teacher training college. In the first tear, it matriculated about ninety students. Adeniran Ogunsanya College of Education moved to its present site in Oto-Awori due to the increasing population and lack of modern facilities and basic infrastructures required for training.

Adeniran Ogunsanya College of Education Post UTME 2020
To qualify for the Post UTME, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Candidates must have scored a minimum of 120 in 2020/2021 UTME.
- Candidates must have obtained five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects (including English Language and Mathematics) at O’ Level. It should be obtained at not more than two sittings. Some courses, however, may accept Pass in Mathematics.
- Candidates should have chosen Adeniran Ogunsanya College of Education as their first or second institution choice.
- Candidates who did not choose the college as their first or second choice, but wish to apply, can do so by applying for a change of institution with JAMB.
Procedure for applying for the Post UTME:
- Visit the official website: aocoed.edu.ng.
- Select ‘Student Services.’ Click on ‘Application Portal.’
- Candidates will be required to enter basic information such as the UTME Registration Number, surname, first name, email address, phone number, to mention a few. Candidates must submit their valid phone numbers and email addresses. The institution will communicate with them using this information.
- After entering all details, click on ‘Proceed.’
- Candidates will be taken to the next page. On display will be the candidates’ personal information and Transaction Reference Number. Choose your mode of payment. Payment can be made using an ATM card or by visiting a commercial bank.
How to Register Online
- After making payment for the screening exercise, visit the official website: aocoed.edu.ng.
- Select ‘Student Services’ and click on ‘Application Portal.’
- Select ‘Continue Application.’
- To log in, enter your JAMB Registration Number and Surname.
- A form will be displayed after a successful login. Enter the required details such as O’ Level and a passport photograph (in JPEG format) with a size of not more than 20kb.
- After entering the required information, click ‘Submit.’
- After submission, you can print a copy of the application form.

Adeniran Ogunsanya College of Education’s cut off mark is 120. It means that to be qualified for the Post UTME screening and considered for admission, candidates must score a minimum of 120 in the 2020/2021 UTME.
