Federal Polytechnic, Bida, also known as Polybida and Bidapoly, is a government-owned polytechnic founded in 1977 and located in Niger State.

Federal Poly Bida started academic operations in 1978, with over 211 students. The polytechnic currently comprises 57 NBTE accredited programmes, 31 departments, and 7 schools.

Federal Poly Bida is known as one of the reputable polytechnics in Nigeria.

Federal Poly Bida HND Form 2020

Federal Poly Bida invites qualified candidates seeking admission into part-time and full-time Higher National Diploma (HND) programmes. The HND admission form for the 2020/2021 academic session is still on sale.

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least one year Post National Diploma (ND) cognate working experience.
  • Candidates should have obtained a minimum of Lower Credit relevant fields. They should also possess at least 5 credit passes in relevant subjects (including English Language and Mathematics) at O’ Level.
  • Candidates who did not complete their National Diploma (ND) programmes in Federal Poly Bida should send their transcripts to the registrar.

To obtain the HND admission form, applicants are required to pay a fee of seven thousand naira only. To purchase the online form, kindly visit the official website: fedpolybida.edu.ng.

Federal Polytechnic Bida Post UTME 2020

Federal Poly Bida invites qualified candidates to apply for admission into full-time National Diploma (ND) programmes for the 2020/2021 academic session.

To be qualified for the Post UTME screening and be considered for admission, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Must have obtained a minimum of 120 in UTME.
  • Must possess at least five credits in relevant subjects (including English Language and Mathematics) in O’ Level. This must be obtained at not more than two sittings.
  • Must have chosen the Federal Polytechnic, Bida as their first, second, or third choice.
  • Should register for the Post UTME screening exercise.
  • Should possess the documents required for online registration. These documents include original certificates of state of origin, passport photographs, and a host of others.

To apply for the Post UTME form, candidates should visit the polytechnic’s website: www.fedpolybida.edu.ng and purchase a screening fee of two thousand naira only.

 When is Federal Polytechnic Bida Resuming?

Federal Polytechnic Bida is set to resume on the 18th of January, 2021. This follows a directive by the federal government, for higher institutions to halt academic activities, to combat the spread of coronavirus.
