Admission form for nursing at UDUSOK Teaching Hospital, 2022

This is to alert the general public that the management of USMANU Danfodiyo University Teaching Hospital, Sokoto has released the admission form for the School of Nursing.

REQUIREMENTS

Applicant must have at least five credits from NECO, WAEC, or NABTEB in the following subjects: English language, math, chemistry, physics, and biology. They must also have not taken more than two (2) exams.

 HOW TO APPLY

• If you want to pay for with Remitta, go to healthrevolve.com.ng and choose “Usmane Danfodiye University Teaching Hospital Sokoto from the “Remitta Payment Menu.”
• UDUTH School of Nursing is the second service that you can choose under “Service.” To get a payment RRR, fill in the service amount with N5,000.00 and then click “Generate RRR.”
• With the Remita (RRR Number) you made, go to any bank to pay.
• Bring the generated teller of payment with the Remita slip to the UDUTH Cashier and get a receipt for the money you paid.
• Bring the copy of the Remita slip and the receipt you got from the UDUTH cashier to the SCHOOL OF NURSING at UDUTH SOKOTO to get your SERIAL NUMBER and PIN number there.
• Go to http://www.uduth.org.ng/online.form2.php. and put in the pin and serial number that you were given by the school.
• Fill out your information correctly.
• Please bring a clear copy of your application form with you on the day of the exam.
