BASUG announces First Admissions list for 2022/2023

Bauchi State University (BASUG) management has announced the release of the Merit degree admission list for the academic year 2022/2023 on JAMB CAPS and the school site.

MERIT Admission to BASUG indicates that you were admitted based on your merit. Merit admission is the outcome of a high JAMB score and, if applicable, a post-UTME score for the year.

This also means that admittance to BASUG is determined in part by MERIT, in part by catchment, and in part by ELDS.

How to Check the Status of Your BASUG Admission 

• Visit https://portal.jamb.gov.ng/efacility../ to learn more.
• Activate the Desktop Site in Your Browser’s Preferences.
• Enter your JAMB EMAIL and PASSWORD to log in.
• After successfully logging in, scroll down to the ‘Check Admission Status’ tab or CAPS and click it.
• If necessary, select the Exam year.
• If necessary, enter your JAMB Registration number in the applicable columns.
• Finally, click ‘Check Admission Status’ to obtain information about your admission status.
• Not Yet Admitted? Keep checking every three days.

Please take note that the Admission List will be released on the JAMB portal in phases as they are completed.
