Kaduna State Polytechnic: A Comprehensive Review
Kaduna State Polytechnic is a government-owned polytechnic founded in 1956 and located in Kaduna State. It was formerly known as Kaduna Technical Institute. The establishment of Kaduna Technical Institute followed the decision made by the British Government to upgrade Yaba Higher College to a technical institute and establish technical institutes in Enugu and Kaduna.
The aim of Kaduna State Polytechnic is to groom students with vocational and technical skills that will be needed for sustainable development in the country. The school fees have been made affordable to students; thereby making it convenient for students to pay their fees without struggles while they focus on their studies. The polytechnic also provides efficient facilities such as a stable power supply and hostel accommodation.
Kaduna State Polytechnic offers a National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) programmes in several fields such as Engineering and Agriculture.
